“ What asked these folks how they were doing today at the bar outside when it was raining on my way out they said fine. How are you? I said terrible "my dog died none of my wives. None of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me nothing ever goes right, but I have a positive attitude in my beer is half full" The nice young lady looked at me and said she just lost her dog name is Daphne a beagle coonhound I said yes they are fuzzy little tragedies. She loved her dog. We all had a nice interaction and I learned about her dog great place to breakfast. love the decaffeinated coffee especially the view from the park. Paul Harvey would have great things to say about this place lots of history here. They used to have pictures in this restaurant of ancient old Pene aerial photographs. I don't know what happened to them. ”

It was also probably the only venue in all of PIB where the bartenders would actually pay attention. Never had to wait long to at least be acknowledged and was checked on often for any wants. ”
“ Frostys and one other location came up as the two best Pizza places to eat while at The Bay, I thought Frostys appeared more appealing with the frosted mugs. We were drawn in by the lure of frosted beer mugs and live music, with an overwhelming smell of Pizza. Honestly, who could resist? Once inside there are two separate sides, connected by open spaces, yet designed in a way which divides them very clearly for dining and drinking. This made easy to go to the side in which catered to your current needs, and for fast service regarding both. We had an incredible amount of drinks, and ordered two pizzas. The drinks were strong, and priced reasonably. The Pizza's, were incredible. Extremely fresh, and hot. Frankly, most of the week, food was a big disappointment - but Frostys delivered on the best Pizza, and my best meal, entirely for our trip. Staff was very friendly and pleasant, efficient, and fun. Definitely stop here, especially at dinner time... ”
